Printful fulfils our apparel items, including T-shirts, hoodies, and hats, which are made when you order (on-demand). This can take longer to deliver, but making items on demand helps reduce waste.

It usually takes 3–7 days to make and ship your order. Shipping time varies by location:

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Orders may have customs fees. This depends on your local customs office. Check with them for details.

My order should be here now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

First, check your shipping confirmation email for the correct address. Next, ask your local post office if they have your package. Check with your neighbours in case the courier left it with them. If the address is correct and you still can't find it, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. If you made a mistake in the address, we can send a replacement, but you'll need to pay for shipping.

How are your products made?

We use a print-on-demand service. They print and ship from the location nearest to you.

How do I track my order?

I received a wrong/damaged product; what should I do?

Sorry about that! Please email us at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and your order number within a week. We'll help you as soon as we can.

Returns

What's your return policy?

We don't allow returns or exchanges on on-demand orders. If your order is wrong, please let us know at [email protected].

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only given for incorrect or damaged items. If you have either, email us at [email protected] with photos and your order number.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

We don't offer exchanges with on-demand orders. Check our sizing charts for help. If you get a mislabeled item, contact us within a week at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the item. We'll send you a new one or refund you.
